Several months ago, an agent tailing pho0ka had turned a corner to come face to face with him. After locking eyes for several seconds, pho0ka turned and walked away. No words were exchanged, but several days later the agent committed suicide, leaving an apologetic letter to the Sesame Street character, Snuffleupagus, for touching his trunk inapropriately.

Agents should be warned however, it is widely believed he hides many more imaginary, but highly dangerous talents. Approach with caution.
